Hey Guys
Had a blip about 6 weeks ago, lasted 2.5 weeks, was doing ok, had bad news this week and the anxiety and panic has returned:(
My Mum is really ill in hospital, a good friend has 9 months to live and my best friend is just about to become pratically homeless:(
Finding it really hard to get rid of the constant anxiety in the pit of my stomach and also feelings of impending doom. Been reading my CBT4 which helps apart when I get my instrusive thoughts, cant understand why I get these, they are awful:(
