Hi everybody,

My name is Helen, im 30 years old and live in kent. I have suffered from depression, anixety, ocd and Trichotillmania for just over 10 years. At my worst I was hospitalisted for two months in 2009. and for the past few weeks I have been feeling really really bad again. Today is a good day though. I wanted to say hi before I started posting.

I find them fascinating. It is one of my dreams to go alaska and go wolf spotting and whale watching.
