does anybody here believe dry eyes ciuld be caused by anxiety?

Here is the situation, I have dry sore eyes which started when I had a thought process 2 weeks ago that I hope my eyes wouldn't start hurting and now I have sore dry eyes that barely goes away!

Sounds like a simple casebook anxiety to me. I also have sore dry eyes. If your worried see an opticion

At specsavers you can just walk in and be seen....eventually!

I have been to the eye hospital who say I have dry eyes but I need to know if it is me doing it :-S
