I thought it would be nice for all of us here at No More Panic to have a Remembrance thread. This is to remember those service personnel who laid down their lives in the various wars both past and present day. It has a special place here with us when we remember that, unfortunately, some of the service personnel will go on to suffer from PTSD, Depression/Anxiety/panic. Please just copy/paste the little poppy, there's no need to write anything if you don't want too, the poppy says it all. Many thanks :)

To all those who have lost their lives on behalf of our country, old and recent, British or from overseas, we remember you! To my great grandfather who lost his life in the first world war, I am thinking of you.
