mum asked me if id like to join her at asda my first reaction was im ok thanks ill give it a miss, but i ended up going and it was a panic free shop so thats given me something for me to build on, ok felt druged up to the eyeballs but at least i got there and back

Oh thats great! I know exactly how you feel. When I went back out to the shops and made it there and back with no panic I was really proud of myself. Keep going! :D

im as guilty as the next person at looking in the crystal ball and seeing all thoughts that are negative i was at it this morning , what if i faint in asda? what if i have an attack in asda? as my brother said to me sometimes you have just gotta go for it

Well done Max :) I've been making sure I keep to my routine of doing the Asda shopping too, and am now able to sit and have a small lunch in their cafe afterwards like hubby and I used to, so the only way is up for you too!

I always used to play the "what if game" too, I think I could think up every scenario possible, the one thing that works very well for me is my imagination!!! lol.

I haven't even tried the large supermarkets yet, I've managed the little ones and I've managed Matalan, but still haven't quite got there for the big supermarkets yet, it's something I'm currently working on.
