Been to the Doctor about eyes

Been to see the eye doctor about my "dry eye" and he said they don't look to dry and did the whole big microscope thingy on my eyes, he reckons my eyes are perfect, I'm well happy with that! But now I just have to convince my body to stop feeling the pain, since a nurse at another hospital reckons I've got REALLLLY dry eyes (what the heck) Trust the doctor or the nurse????

maybe some days they are drier than others?
Do they feel too dry? Are you in a warm environment a lot?
Maybe try some eye spray or drops ?
