Hi!

I just registered today. I have dealt with anxiety and depression for over 30 years. Unfortunately, I still deal with these issues. I have seen many therapists and been on many different meds. My last therapist helped me to determine what types of events bring on my anxiety. Unfortunately, I still don't know how to keep from becoming anxious during these times.

I am married and I have two daughters, ages 12 and 15. I am currently a reading teacher at a private school. I love my job; I only wish they'd pay me more.

I hope to share ideas with others suffering from anxiety.
