Can somebody help :-(

Im having a really hard time with my headaches!! its like my brain is swelling that much it's going to pop!!. It has got that bad it gave me a panic attack at work :-(. Im really scared and of course thinking the worse

Just wondering if anybody relates to this and advise me on how you cope

The only thing I can add to this is that theres a girl in my office who recently started to get headaches for no apparent reason, and was concerned like you. The doc wasnt overly worried, gave her some beta blockers and that helped. Doesnt have to be serious even though thats a natural thing to think.

Could it be your sinus's Cass? I get a similar feeling when my sinus's are blocked.
