Hello Everyone,

I have been suffering from panics attacks for the past few years. I am on medication which has helped quite a bit but would like to come off them and find alternate ways to deal with my panic.

I suppose I should say a little bit about myself. My name is Phil and I am 29 years young :P. I live near Birmingham where I work as a computer programmer. I have two pets a cat and a puppy who help me with my anxiety enormously.

Hi Phil :welcome: Pets are really good therapy I think. I have a cat, he is a Bengal/Siamese and is really crazy! He thinks he is a dog most of the time and likes to play fetch :)

Hi Sparkle, I am currently on Venlafaxine XL.

Always a pleasure to meet another techie. I currently work in C# and I am hoping to start an Open Uni Computer Sciences degree soon which will be based in Java. Maybe I can get some tips off you :)
