crackling knees distressed!!

Im twenty and have been worrying a lot about all different diseases lately something that is absolutely doing my head in and Im currently getting quite upset and distressed about is the crackling noise my knees make when I couch down or bend my knee..

Should I be alarmed that it is something dangerous..........?!?!

My joints crack all the time. Knees, ankles, wrists
Like you I was worried but my doctor said its air in the
Joints and is not harmful at all xxx

ive had pretty thorough tests Im sure something back would have shown its just scary still :weep:

so strange ive been feeling better and now im concentrating on my knees cracing they are starting to hurt.. what the ?

bring it on, Your tests would have shown any abnormalities xxxx
