Nervous butterflies, anxious at certain times?

I have noticed when i pick my son up from school when i get home my anxiety hits me so bad i break down and cry for ages.
Is this because i associate that time with anxiety as it happens so often?
Anyone else get this? X

I always get high anxiety 9am - 12 , I'm not entirely sure why , think its just a bit of a pattern now, so I'm doing it too myself really, everyday i look at the time and i think it just goes into a cycle then.

I try and keep stress to a minimum at this time, and also try and control my breathing a bit more, does not help always, not sure if that's any help to you lol
