Watery Diarrhea & pale stools

I have severe health anxiety. Woke this morning to watery diarrhoea and very pale stools so have now convinced myself I have pancreatic cancer. Has anyone else ever had this symptom. I need some reassurance please.

Stools are often pale with diarrhea as they pass through the digestive system so quickly that they don't mix with the acids which make them darker.

Yep - happens to me (unfortunately) all the time - well, at least when my anxiety is acting up. The key is if it happens all the time for several weeks straight - then you want to get things checked out - and even then it is more than likely some type of stomach/intestional infection!

Happens to me a lot, poos are all different colours and sizes and consistencies, I am sure you are fine...in fact anxiety can cause your poos to change drastically. Just try to relax and drink water and have fibre xx
