Hi during the day I dont drink much a cup if tea and a small glass of water late evening I'll have one or two pints of water how ever been gettibgb these pains in area pic below sand worried I'm not drinking enough in the day which Is causing kidney failure I get scared to drink in day incase I choke then scared at night frOm dehydratiOn so drink

You don't get kidney failure like that...dehydration in the worst case will result in kidney stones, that although painful aren't anything to be scared about (I have one by the way).

On top of that if you ever get some "bad" disease kidney failure is not the worst. It can be treated for some time and there's the option of transplant and hemodialysis. I have a friend who is in dialysis (at just 28 years) and although there are issues, she's doing good.
