Dizziness Medication

Hi everyone.

My main symptom/trouble with anxiety is dizziness.

Just wondered if anyone is on medication to treat this troublesome symptom?

Pete,

dizziness is a very common side effect of anxiety and can also be brought on by certain medication and possibly low blood pressure.
If you are not on medication I would visit your GP to get reassurance, having said that I wouldn't worry to much..

I am not actually on any meds at present. Off to see the GP today so hopefully will get some answers. :)

Anxiety can change the way you breathe without you being naturally concious of it that could lead to dizziness, or of course it could be affecting your blood pressure has been said.

See what your GP makes of it good luck with them.
