new to site

hi every one m new to this site i joined last nite an did post a thread still finding my feet usin the site but from what ive seen thnk it will b a great help. ive suffered for so many years now it s the terrible thughts that get me so scared jus wish it would all go away. on the whole i have a great life loving hubby 5 amazing kids who i abs adore however its not always been like that i have had like so many others had some not nice expriences in life. im hopin to make some new friends and be able to over come this horribleness
