It is like the middle one just full of little balls?

I wouldn't - they need to be in the capsule to be released properly

I agree with Nicola, I would not advise that at all. Slow release tablets are made in a special way in which the medication is released slowly over a period of time so taking anything out would most likely, I would think, interrupt that process.

If you're worried about the dose, have a chat with your doctor and see what they say hun:)

I started off on these and then had to go up to 160mg slow release, for me they have helped so so much so I would not be scared to take them.

There are smaller doses that are not slow release that you can take but it depends on why the doctor gave them to you, the slow release ones taken daily mean they keep in your system they have certainly helped me with my anxiety.

Hope this helps

Ive been given 10mg to start with and they said that I should go up to 10 after a week or something and then go to taking 4 a day then I can take the 80 but I was wondering, if I can half the 10 and take 15 before I go up to 50. They are tablts with the line down the middle so I think that means thy can be halvd?x
