I can't believe that I'm posting about this again. If you've read my previous posts you'll know that I've had vertigo and dizziness for weeks which resulted in anxiety.
Dr diagnosed fluid in ears as this came on after a virus. I used the nasal spray which helped and I started escitalopram which also seems to be helping (I'm on day 11 today).
Unfortunately, last week I got flu, worst runny nose and sneezing ever. The runny nose seems better but my ears feel full and weird and I feel off balance and my left side of my head and ear feel strange. I'm now working up to a full blown PA as I'm convinced I'm going to get vertigo again. I'm still using nasal spray but less than before. I'm so sick of feeling like this. I had been doing ok with the anxiety but now I feel awful again.
