Didn`t know where to post this, so i thought here might be ok.
Has anybody ever heard of or used a herbal remedy called Rhodiola Rosea?
I have read about it and lots of people say it can help with anxiety. They reckon at low doses it can be stimulating and higher doses calming.
If so i would like to give it a go, im just a little wary of herbal preparations as they are not regulated like normal meds... or so i believe! :)
