Dvt

Managed to convince my self I now have the start of a dvt... Got home from work at 2 and all I've done since then is sit in bed with legs flat on bed sitting up against headboard watching films being lazy and now I'm worried I have a dvt

You can't get them that easily Emma. You must have got up at some point during the past 10 hours

if you could get dvt from just that, then we'd all get it every night when we sleep for 8 hours!

Hi I did move for food etc my dvt worry is irrational . Today found blood on bed duvet and worried had a nose bleed maybe? I know nose bleeds can be caused by blood pressure issues and I'm wondering because a bad heart can be caused anxiety and cause u problems with ur heart so panicky over that
