New to the forum so just saying hi :)

A few things about me lol:

27 years old self employed dj, never been majorly ill before, recently diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder beleived to be triggered by a major panick attack while driving home from a gig at 3am.

Oh how this has run me down, but thanks to reading some threads on here I am starting to get back to being myself, thanks to all who make this site work :)

Try herbal Valerian for your insomnia, it worked for me. It is available at most pharmacies and health food stores.:yesyes:
