breathing awful

My breathing for the past 3 weeks has been awful :weep:. I find it hard to get a breath and when i do i find myself sighing. Also get out of breath quite easily this is really worrying me. Been getting chest pains too had lots of tests done just waiting on holter monitor which is in ten days.

All part of anxiety I am afraid and you have to learn to breathe correctly then it will go.

What happened last time you had this - how did you get rid of it then?
