Well hello to you all, Im 30, have suffered with panic attacks since i was 18. I was on lexapro for a year and got diagnosed with panic disorder. Have weaned off my anti depressants four months ago. Lately my anxiety is creeping back in but i am dealing with alot of personnel stuff at home which is probably triggering the anxiety again. Anyway i have two kids who are 4 and 2. Am hoping one day i will defeat this completely and im glad to have joined the site for extra info and help and also to meet fellow people i can chat with about this horrible illness. Thanks for reading and i hope to get chatting to some of you over time on this
