Now worrying about family-help

I have acute health anxiety but was doing okay. Now my daughter is not well. It started with flu like symptoms but now has developed into vomiting and complete tiredness. Of course I immediately think she has the worse possible thing like stomach cancer or something. Have asked her to go and see doctor which I hope she will. She is 40. Please I need some reassurance from some of view before I go out of my mind.

Flu and sickness can make you completely tired - your body is putting effort into fighting the bugs and I'm sure anyone who has been sick lots knows that it puts a lot of strain on your muscles - just tell her to rest, keep her fluids up and not try and do too much, stomach cancer would not cause these kinds of symptoms, my granddad passed away from this horrible horrible illness and it was very different. :hugs:
