I slept really well last night , and woke late , which is not usual , yesterday we went Christmas shopping and although happy to go I felt anxious . I've had a stressful week , and my anxiety focusing on my vision as usual , back to this morning , I've got up feeling anxious , and I can't think straight , reading I can't concentrate on the words , watching t.v. I can't concentrate on the programe I'm watching, and bright light is irritating my eyes. Is this the reaction of a bad week .
Even writing this post I hard going ,
Does any one else get this ,

They are certainly common anxiety symptoms that I get and they go away when I'm feeling better. Distraction is the only thing that works for me in those periods and just riding that wave until it passes.

Your right about distraction mrman , my son brought up my two grandsons and my symptoms got less strong . But do you find perhaps reading for example you will look at a word and your eyes will not register what your looking at, very strange . Any way thanks for your reply .
