docs on wed.... havent been for several months for anything to do with my mental health.

im bricking it.

got such an anxious week with everything i got on this week is fear/anxiety and pressure..... docs, dance comp, watched doing my job, etc etc.

any tips would be helpful.

had a cry earlier thinking that i wont even get there but i need to as need to be there now.
