Breast pain

Hi everyone

I'm trying not to panic and I've been doing really well but I have a pain in my right breast and knocking it with my arm even hurts its not agony but I know it's there I've sort of had a quick check and can't feel any obvious lumps but I daren't check too much else I might find something

A few weeks ago my son climbed I we me to get into bed and hurt me with his elbow and I thought he might of bruised it but that's a while ago now

Why does it still hurt what if its something dreadful here I go again :-(

I have constant issues with my breasts. Used to be more my left one but now my right one. This month they are both so sore to touch and yesterday I was dancing and owwwwww they really hurt :( I also keep getting random pains in my right breast and collarbone area�� anyone else?
