abit worried about symtoms?

hi ive got a couple of symtoms i have and abit worried and not sure if its anxiety related as my anxiety has been really bad the last few weeks , firstly ive been feeling sick now for over 3wks and my eyes seem more blurd that normal and tonight when i had to go local shop and as i was walking i felt abit wierd /funny cant really explain it i didnt go dizzy as such think it was more abit lightheaded and i felt as if i wasnt walking properly and it did scare me abit so just wondering if its anxiety related thk you

hiya tricia, sounds like anxiety to me as ive had, blurry vision, esp looking in the distance, unsteadyness on my feet when walking, esp when im stressed/anxious ive learned to relax lately, and the symptoms are far and few between, :)

I get these symptoms occasionally with my anxiety, hopefully they will pass very soon.
