Sex anxiety

I honestly cannot have sex anymore. I'm too worried of getting a girl pregnant. My partner of 2 years had sex 2 times the other week and I must say it was a bad idea for my head.. I used a condom and all and didn't ejaculate inside her. But for some reason I'm convinced I got her pregnant

Any advice? Do u think I'll be alright?

You cannot get her pregnant if no sperm went anywhere near her.

I do think you need some sort of counselling/therapy for the whole issue surounding this worry you have about sex though.
