Hello there,
I have recently been getting shakes when I stretch, or yawn when relaxed in bed. This is pretty troubling. It sometimes happens randomly when I'm lying in bed, and it happens.
When I am in bed and I do a little stretch or stretch my legs, either my whole body shakes or my legs or arms trembles, sometimes together or not together.
It also is apparent when I do something as benign as a yawn. What the hay is that? Has anyone else had this, or am I breaking new ground with my bizzare symptoms?
I have heard of some new stuff, but no real knowledge. Does anyone else have this?
When this is happening, I feel that because of my ongoing fear of Epilepsy, I lie in bed thinking What if its a Seizure?
