Horrible few days.

The last few days have been horrible. In fact the last few months have.
Sometimes I think its good to walk away from certain situations.
My mum had a saying. "leave them alone and they will come home wagging their tails behind them"
Easier said than done tho.
I try to think positive but it isnt always easy.
OMG its been good to have a whinge.

Easier said than done Lynn but good if you can :). I am one of those who find it difficult but have been trying as I read it is called self caring rather than selfish so that made me feel a bit better about it :D

I am the same this week-- has not been good.
Lynn your Mum is so right. I know you are so like me and tend to worry a lot.
We must try to pick ourselves up.
I am just going to take my frustration out of my deleped old hoover, and bang it about a bit:doh:.
