hi lynne my names joanne i joined the site yesterday, its really good to be able to chat, i suffer from anxiety which is awful, how do you cope with yours, i seem to worry about health alot thats my anxiety, and i am always checking my bp and pulse, i even feel anxious today, i dont get anxiety like i used to get it so when i do i get frightened, hope to hear from you soon x

Hi Joanne. I have been taking meds and getting lots of councelling. The problem was I had two major things happen at the same time a little over a year ago its been a real struggle better but still a ways to go.Sorry to hear about you, how do you manage your's ? Lynne
