Computer related symptoms

could any / some / all of these symptoms be related to sittinga t the compute for 12 hours plus daily

Pain in shoulder blades
stomach cramps
left arm pain
cramping
gripping in left breast
indigestion while eating at desk
light headedness
shortness of breath

PS

i have been back in the uk for 5 weeks after living abroad for 4 yeas so also may be due to temperature changes etc

any advice would be grateful

also suffer mild asthma and anxiety but havent suffered either badly for many months

Feel a bit sick looking at the screen sometimes and a little dizzy, perhaps thats just the rage though lol :) , none of the others , try walking around a bit if possible

I get dreadful pain in my shoulder blades if I sit at the computer for too long.
