Hi all, had a tough day today. I think the stress of the last few months is catching up with me.
The current worrying thought for me is crazy thoughts about the planet, the size of it, the large spinning ball in the universe type thoughts.
It feels like just as I start to deal with one worrying thought another pops up! This ones a pickle!
Any tips on dealing with this? Is it depersonalisation?
I'm kind of thinking that the problem is stress and anxiety and trying not to focus on any particular worry.
Anyway today has been a day of sobbing snotty tears. Exhausted with being anxious at the mo, so letting myself have an evening of feeling sorry for myself before I start the fight again tnrw.
