hi folks
had anxiety for best part of 15 years and most of the symptoms that come with it
ive been having near constant headaches for almost 10 weeks now
very mild never going past a 5 in pain usually around a 2-3
the pain is behind my eyes,inbetween nose area
sometimes it feels like my eyeballs are hurting
sometimes hurts when i look far left,right up or down
doc done all the basic tests looked in my eyes etc
also had my eyes tested optician said glasses not needed
i kept a diary to try and spot a pattern but didnt see anything
3 weeks ago the doctor put me on propranalol which has helped me to feel calmer and help the headaches to a degree
now there no longer constant but i still get them and some days like today is worse than others
oh and sometimes when i turn my head a certain way i get a sharp fast stabbing pain at the back of my head behind my ear almost(only last a split second)
anyone any thoughts or suggestions plz
