Its back again

Been struggling all week and now it has hit with a vengeance - panic is back.
Am on 10 mg of cit which normally works for me but for some reason now I feel awful.
There has been no trigger which is scary in itself and I am getting myself all worked up that I am going to get really ill again - cant seem to calm myself at moment.
Should I increase the cit? Will I suffer really badly with the side effects if I do?

I think you should see your doctor about increasing the cit. you are on a low dose so increasing it may help.

yea increase your cit.. im on 40mg.. and changing from 20 to 40 wasnt much of a difference, it just made me extremely tired for a while.. but my anxiety reduced so it was well worth it.. give it a try hun. xx
