Fed up and worried for a change!

Damn HA gets me down, need a good kick up the bum!

I have still have the lower adominal ache and pains, now it feels like period pains but my period is not due till next week.

Doctor says it pulled muscles, so why cant I believe this.

I'm exactly the same So I need a kick to - cant seem to believe the obvious and think it something more sinister!! I use a visualisation tool where I take my thoughts and dump them in the bin - like u would if u were on a computer and deleting old files:D
