Does anyone take these? You take three throughout the day one with each meal so round 4-5 hours between each dosage. I have this paranoia I can't shake that I am going to overdose or it'll cause negative effects for me (I hope not). I am so paranoid and I just worry.
Two tablets typically provide: (I take three)
Vitamin A (5000iu)1500µg

Vitamin B2 50mg
Vitamin B3 80mg

Biotin 50µg
Vitamin K 80µg
Choline 20mg
Inositol 20mg
Calcium 340mg
Iron 10mg
Magnesium 150mg
Zinc 10mg
Chromium 40µg
Iodine 30µg
Selenium 30µg
Manganese 2.6mg
Molybdenum 30µg

I hope I am just being paranoid, I keep skipping tablets cause I am paranoid then taking them three all day. I woke up fatigued this morning the not nice type, and missed a tablet last night and I am so paranoid wondering if its because I missed a tablet or if it is the tablets, hopefully neither but still.
I have been taking them two months and so paranoid I am going to overdose or something need some reassurance so if anyone has taken them also please tell me :-( or anything similar.
I also have Candida and noticed an increase in symptoms last few days so dunno if food I am eating is causing that and dunno how to get rid of Candida when I have OCD about cooking/preparing foods, at end of tether :-( and worrying bout it all. Hoping I'll be fine *sigh*
