Have you seen your dr? I suffer from this all the time and he gave me a steroid spray and its alot better.

Osteopathy has also cleared mine up alot. Neurofen is fab for the pain. I have also been told that goldenseal (from Holland & Barrett) is good for fighting sinus infections.

Hi Crazy Cool
I have been beset with this as well
I don't take meds usually as I am a meds phobe to boot
An old now retired doc of mine once recommended boiling water as if to make pasta, then shutting it off
Then carefully take a towel and hold over head as you would if you were caught out in the rain
Breathe in steam
Also I have been using a saline solution spray which may help- any brand will do although in the past I have used Simply Saline
The only problem with it is that the button you press to get out the spray got screwed up
My mom usues something called Astelin which is by prescription only and which she says helps- for her at least, it does make her drowsy
Try the pot of boiling water and the saline solution
Feel better
