hiya im currently on 20mg citalopram but im starting to feel really down , i feel like i dont enjoy the things i used to like im not that bothered anyore and like i cant talk or connect to anbody some days i feel okay and then some like today i feel bad i feel like i wna hide alday but is this not the right thing to do?any advice on what anybody else does on bad days to cope better would be great:) x

Don't worry, if you not feel very good then please take a doctors advice for this. Also do the test for blood pressure & diabetes.
