Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. Ive never been on sites like this before so here it goes.....I have had bad panics for over 20 yrs about 10 of these with agraphobia. I have been phyisically ill this last year which has brought back the panic attacks and agrophobia BIGTIME i dont leave the house alone at all. I am new to the area also and know noone.
I am determined to get mentally well again and once and for all rid myself of agraphobia for mine and my kiddies sake im a single mum of 2 girls. Now 41 yr i wonder if its possible to fully get well......anyone beat it and can give me advice????
