swollen neck

Hi any advice on swollen neck, around the thyroid and windpipe areas, if i push very slightly near the windpipe I want to gag, I know its swollen as when I turn my head one side its uncomfortable??

Have you seen the doc about this at all?

yes she felt it on Monday when I went to her and said it was slightly swole but didnt make anything of it as Ive sufferred a few months of upper back left aching pain so it seems to be coming round from it at the top of neck as well .

Ok so nothing serious then just some swelling?

Maybe you need treatment for the back pain - maybe physio or an osteopath

I hope its nothing serious, she said the lymph nodes werent swole, definitely seems more thyroid area, yeah going to have to go to physio as going on too long
