I've been on meds for years, I still get anixety but since being on propanolo 80mg slow release (4 years) I've not had a panic attack!!! It stops me being able to get so worked up my heart starts thudding!! I don't think my anxiety will ever go but with that and paroxitine (30mg) made it through pregency and birth which for us health worriers is a pretty BIG thing!!! Xx
