Need some reassurance

My brothers on clozapine for psychosis he takes. 100 mg at 1:30pm and 250mg at 9pm however he said the school forgot to give him his medicine , mum phoned gp surgery and they said give him his doses now then the laTer one at 11pm instead of 9 tonight ,, what if his fibbing though and his overdosed now!!! What if the missing it will cause his illness to come back? His fine on the Meds ,,, also when he was ill it was terrifying and he nearly caused harm to himself and if he becomes unwell he could harm one of us!!! I can't deal with him being back in hospital again

Being late taking one dose will not make his illness come back x

He won't have overdosed. Even if he had taken it at school and then took the other dose when he got home, at the worst I think it would just make him more sleepy. I don't think he would say he hadn't taken it though if he had. My son in laws brother is on the same medication and I asked his advise.

Of course his fine today. I've heard that anxiety can affect ur heart and cause heart attacks from long term anxiety( high blood pressure etc) so a bit worried lol

Anxiety can not directly cause a heart attack

In fact our hearts are probably stronger with all the blood pumping round so quickly :)

Missing one dose won't regress his psychosis. He'll be fine and so will you.

Thank you for the last few days been burping cOnstantly and worrying over having stomach ulcer or other issues got pain near ribs but that's muscle I thin as shoulders Hurt etc and neck the pains under b

Trapped wind can also cause shoulder pains so since you are burping a lot it could just be wind causing the pains.

Thanks also been having bowel issues needing to go every day the last few days versus my usual once a week !! Lol
