hi i have been getting ectopic beats all morning last night i had a few glasses of wine can this cause these to occur like this i cant get them to go away please help [xx(]

Yes it can cause them to feel worse and more frequent, because any kind of alcohol will dehydrate you. If your going to drink, make sure to have a large glass of water before going to bed and drink more water the next day. Dehydration causes palps and aches in the legs, etc..
Try drinking more water.

:) hi mystie thanks i am still getting them i have just tried to meditate that has calmed me down abit by not worrying about them as i know that can bring them on more i have been drinking water through out the day and i found that i feel a bit better thank you again you have helped me alot love julie xxx

i was like you on thursday night they are realy scary arnt they iv had them today but niot as bad
i to think ice water helps lots i think once you heart getts into a pattern of these ectopics you just have to stay calm (very hard)untill they go ]
i only wish they could give us something to get rid of them
