After some success in controlling my anxiety I have had a relapse. I have been suffering from itching and a rash, they can be completely seep rate sometimes a rash that doesn't itch, and an itch with no rash. Those who have read my previous posts will know that my problem is related to a pony entail asbestos dust exposure. I have been/am convinced that my rash/itching is because I have brought asbestos into my home on my clothes, I fear it is in my car and other places like work. The itching is convincing me this is the case. My go thinks it is stress/anxiety related, people keep reassuring me but my mind just says how do they know. Struggling with what to do next.
