Want to check these are anxiety symptoms

Everytime I go through a bad patch of anxiety I constantly sleep, don't eat or drink, lose weight, lose energy, tight throat!
Worse thing is, I know deep down it's all anxiety because once I'm told I'm fine, I get lot's of energy, can eat and drink, tightness in throat goes away but while the anxiety is there, I manage to persuade myself it's not anxiety it's cancer!!!
Just sometimes you need reassurance lol
So am are these all symptoms of anxiety?

They are signs of anxiety..I notice the more anxious I get the worse my symptoms get so same as you really. I know it is anxiety because on the few days I am not anxious, I don't have those symptoms.

I have a very tight throat which also feels like something is stuck, yes anxiety

i could have written that myself..complete anxiety symptoms..
god how wonderful it is when we get a few anxiety free days..
and wish we could keep it that way..i wonder why we get it and others dont..my hubby is such the opposite to me and dosent worry or obsess about anything.so jealous of him lol.

Yup, it seems like a bad case of anxiety. Been there, done that...oh I still do actually ;)
