best otc treatment for hemorrhoids?

None of the usual OTC ones work for me. i get proctosidal ointment from the doctors and that works great. I think you can be it from the chemist but it is very expensive.

Depends how bad but if u hav nothing else to hand Vaseline works

well they were internal but i think its becoming external ... sorry for TMI ... i was using the suppositories when it was internal but maybe need the cream instead. So embarassing! :blush:
