Anyone awake

Hi
Everyone, who's awake out there and want to chat,
been a while since I had to ask this....well few weeks because
I normally am always awake at this time feeling anxious, but seemed to
be doing ok until now.....so suppose I have to be grateful I've had few
weeks break from the suddenly waking feeling the rising panic, sorry
if the post seems a bit confusing but I'm sitting here just typing to
try and keep my mind occupied
