a few weeks ago i ate LOADS because i had cravings for sweet, sugary things and starchy foods, and had no trouble with stomach pains (this was before my period) and i always find a few days after (about a week) that i have strange sickly feelings when eating sugary foods. but this week i have actually had quite a bit of trouble with my stomach. i eat loads of citrus fruits and sugar, and normally dont get any problems but now i get stomach pains which feel like a nervous stomach ache but give me an urge to go to the toilet.. my anxiety levels have been quite high recently but its only after eating certain foods. my ha is telling me diabetes but im really trying to cling onto the possibility of IBS or some kind of intolerance. can anyone help me please?
