Have you got anyone to call on your behalf to make the appointment? My husband just rang for me, as I start to panic when I am in a queue on the phone and our doctors, have a waiting system so it is difficult as I usually end up putting the phone down. Are you feeling ill?

You can do it. Try deep breathing to help keep you calm, I am sitting doing that as I have appointment this morning and already have sweaty palms and fuzzy head.
